| Yoga Nidra
This workshop consists of a 1 hour-long, verbally guided deep relaxation. Prepare yourself for total bliss! No experience is necessary, only the ability to lie down. The practice of yoga nidra is especially beneficial for those who are working towards letting go of old patterns and addictions as well as those who find it difficult to relax or to fall asleep. Yoga nidra works with the subconscious mind and incorporates a systematic relaxation of each part of the body, a meditation focusing on the breath, and a series of visualizations. During yoga nidra, you will create a sankalpa, also called a resolve or intention, that you would like to work towards in your life. Through the repeated practice of yoga nidra, your sankalpa is bound to manifest in your life.
